Pastor Raymond AGHARIAHA OSAKPEME started going to church in 1999, and was born again in 2003. He traveled to Italy in 2004 with the help of his lovely eldest sister, the lifestyle of overseas made him forget his identity in Christ. Not until he had a terrible dream and heard someone whose voice sounded like that of his father calling his name severally unfortunately the 7th times he couldn’t resist him, he answered to the voice behold instantly he became blind and by the time he woke up from the dream, What pastor Raymond thought was a dream, actually became a reality. Pastor Raymond was blind for real.

At that time he remembered who he was in Christ before he came down to Europe, he immediately removed his earnings and he began to ask God for mercy for forsaking his ways. But then, he began to ponder about the dream, wondering why his biological father would call him out into the blind. While he was on it, behold he saw a shadow of a man and later a flash of his identity showed up and immediately he knew that it wasn’t his father, it was the man he had worked for back then in Nigeria.
He prayed earnestly to God, returning the arrow of blindness back to the sender, God in his mercies heard his cry and returned the arrows of blindness to the sender. 2 hours later his right eye opened while he was thanking God for it, and his left eye opened as well to the glory of God.

A week later, he heard the news of the man becoming blind and later died in a fetal accident.

This encounter helped pastor Raymond to Re-dedicate his life back to God. He became serious with the ministry he later started called
Family Prayer Fellowship and later joined intercessors group in 2008 and was ordained in 2009 in family prayer fellowship, Bergamo branch.

In 2014 pastor Raymond Osakpeme became a branch pastor in Reggio Emilia , Italy and in 2015, he heard a voice while he was preaching in the pulpit clearly saying..write a book titled let your strength balance my weakness, and to God be the Glory the book was launched October 18th, 2015 in a grand style.

In 2016 he had a series of encounters About Tabernacle of love and mercy bible church with specific instructions to
•✓Use God’s love and mercy to depopulate the kingdom of darkness and populate the kingdom of God.
•✓ To restore human dignity and destiny through the help of the Holy Spirit.
•✓ To use God’s love to transform people from church main spectators to committed participants.
•✓Lastly to bring deliverance to the demonized. EPHESIANS 4:31-32.

After Pastor Raymond Osakpeme discussed the vision with his wife, she objected at first, but with continuous Prayers, she finally accepted the vision and gave her support. In February 2017, one faithful Saturday night in his sitting rooms with a few brethren praying together, God audibly spoke to pastor Raymond that his heavenly name shall be called Osakpeme which means ( God is my Oracle) From that day to the glory of God’s sufficient grace on him, April 2017 Tabernacle of love and mercy bible church was born in his sitting room with his family.
